We do not accept responsibility for shipping fees, sales taxes or import duties. Additional shipping charges will apply to exchanges. We are not responsible for items that you have returned which have been lost or damaged in transit. Earrings are not refundable due to hygiene reasons.
All sales for Fine Jewellery, commissioned or personalized items are final unless faulty. This includes pieces with a percentage of gold over 14ct, jewellery with stones or rings in custom sizes or which have been plated. Sale items may not be refunded or exchanged.
